Shipping & Returns

 

30 DAY - RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of your order purchase date. If you decide that you don't want your order, please ensure the item is sent back in re-saleable condition (ie. tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

Returns usually take 2-5 business days to reach us after you have lodged the return. Once we receive & view the return at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.

We will try get the refunds ASAP, but please allow 14 business days from date you send return for your return/exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

If a faulty or incorrect item has been sent to you, please let us know by emailing hello@wildmoonfire.com with a full description of the damage to the item. If you are able to, please include a picture of the affected item.
